Due to growth and exciting opportunities, a CPA firm in Southlake is looking for its newest staff member. We are looking for an Office Manager/Bookkeeper with the experience and skillset outlined below. In addition, as the Office Manager/Bookkeeper, you should combine a pleasant personality with a dynamic professional attitude. Our ideal candidate will have a solid customer service approach. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our firm provides professional and friendly service to our clients.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Support and assist firm staff ensuring necessary tools are available to complete their tasks.
- Schedule client appointments.
- Run errands, delivering documents to clients and picking up supplies for office.
- Answer phone calls from clients and direct to appropriate firm staff.
- Create and maintain client files in electronic format.
- Intake and set up of new clients.
- Data entry projects. (data entry experience is required)
- Bookkeeping tasks such as bank account reconciliations. (Quickbooks experience is required)
Accuracy and personality testing may be administered before hiring. Background check will be completed upon employment.
