ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with our customers and internal departments.
- Answer incoming calls for customer orders.
- Record order information in ecommerce website.
- Process orders through order processing software.
- Responsible for shipping orders to customers.
- Data entry and file maintenance (new customer set-ups, PO tracking comments, and more as needed).
- Reviewing and answering general company email inbox.
- Special Projects as assigned.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Proficient in MS Office suite, Email, Internet.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Organizational skills, both analytical and problem solving, and the ability to work with confidential documents.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and achieve deadlines under pressure.
- Ability to work as a team player with other team member.
- Experience with ecommerce websites, UPS shipping.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
