Dana Rebecca Designs is seeking a passionate, analytical Digital Marketing Strategist. This role will maintain a content calendar, email / sms strategy, and project manage internal and external partners. The role will be responsible for ensuring the DRD voice is consistent across all assets and channels. Partnering cross functionally, the Digital Marketing Strategist will ensure content for digital drives conversion, sales and brand awareness. This person will report to the Vice President of Strategy and have two direct reports.
Job Responsibilities include but not limited to :
Creative & Content
- Partnering with Creative Team to align on DRD creative vision and strategy, in order to ensure subsequent marketing channel execution
- Creating a cohesive marketing strategy, and oversee the development of DRD’s marketing content calendar
- Collaborating with cross-functional internal teams to ensure alignment across all brand strategy marketing activities
Strategy
Continuously refining and developing digital marketing strategy by analyzing data and business trends (product and consumer)Conducting analytics reporting across multiple channels to assess campaign effectiveness, and extract key insights for optimization of future campaignsPartnering with the E-commerce team to provide strategic insight into website updates, including POV on layout, video opportunities, educational info, etc.Understanding the customer journey in order to generate fresh innovative ideas for graphic designerProject & Employee Management
Managing all marketing related projects in Asana, including assigning tasks, and overseeing all deadlinesOverseeing a Graphic Designer by providing direction for visual & copy, and ensuring all deliverables are on schedule and align with brand aestheticManaging a social media coordinator to ensure alignment across all marketing channelsPartner Relationships
Acting as the first point of contact for all external marketing partners, including email, ads, affiliate etc.Managing a robust ads schedule (Meta, Pinterest and other platforms) including testing and evergreen campaignsQualifications :
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and best practices for social media, email, and content marketing.Ability to analyze campaign data and adjust strategies for improved performance.Understanding of consumer-based products, and DTC marketing.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.DTC, e-commerce, or subscription e-commerce experience is preferred.This is a hands-on role and an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing luxury brand. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment, being scrappy and wearing many hats. This is a 5 days a week in-office role in our beautiful Chicago office.
