The Porter is responsible for ensuring that the shop and vehicles are maintained in a clean, orderly, and functional state. This role involves a variety of tasks to support the efficient operation of the emergency vehicle installation shop, including cleaning, basic maintenance, and assisting technicians as needed.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe installation facility for customers and employees.
- Prepares customer vehicles.
- Supports the needs of the team.
- Detail and wash vehicles including interior and exterior.
- Efficient use of product.
- Transport customer and or vehicles as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
License Requirement: The employee will be required to have and maintain a valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers and to communicate with customers and fellow employees. The employee is frequently required to sit; reach with hands and arms; stand; walk. The employee is also frequently required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch. In addition, the employee is required to twist, turn, stretch, and bend on a frequent basis. The employee must be able to use manual dexterity and bodily coordination to perform an array of tasks to vehicles. The employee must be able to move in a relatively quick manner. Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision, Peripheral vision and Ability to adjust focus.
