Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments or personnel
- Manage front desk activities, ensuring smooth office operations
- Handle mail, deliveries, and other administrative tasks
- Schedule and confirm appointments for staff and visitors
- Maintain the office’s appearance, ensuring cleanliness and organization
- Support various administrative functions as needed
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
