At Cytiva, our vision is to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.In this role, you will have the opportunity to : Design and develop engaging, task-based content where the learner frequently interacts with the instructional materials, including e-learning modules, video tutorials, instructor-led training, and job aids.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including SMEs, graphic designers, and developers to create content collaboratively, with precision, speed, and transparency.Apply adult learning theories and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create effective training solutions.Create or leverage existing media assets, perform image / graphics manipulation / optimization, and modify design layouts to suit the content.Collect and analyze feedback from learners and stakeholders to continuously improve training materials.The essential requirements of the job include : Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering field, Sciences, Instructional Design, Education, Technical Communication, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design, specifically in technical training.Proficiency of authoring tools including Articulate 360, Microsoft Office, Camtasia, Captivate, and at least one online presentation tool (for example : WebEx, Zoom, Adobe Connect, etc.).Self-starter with an enthusiastic and proactive style. Prior success working with cross-functional and virtual teams.Ability to translate complex technical information into clear and engaging learning materials.Motivated by challenges, with proven record of delivering quality work on time.It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in : Experience in a technical field such as IT, engineering, or Life Sciences industry.Certification in instructional design or related areas (e.g., CPTD, ATD).Understanding of HTML5, JavaScript, node.js, web service development tools, and API concepts.Voiceover artistry capabilities, with appropriate pacing, clear annunciation, and pronunciation.At Cytiva we believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce.
