Working together, let’s put our time and talents together to advance human health for tomorrow.Learn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible.The Injection Molding Process Technician is responsible for establishing and maintaining the Injection Molding process in a fast-paced medical manufacturing environment.This position reports to the Process Engineering Technician Supervisor and is part of the Plastics Manufacturing Engineering Team located in Indianapolis, IN and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Working independently on processes and troubleshooting current production issues relating to molded part quality. Monitoring and reporting issues with the injection molding process; responsible for completing daily standard work to maintain current processing and quality.Documenting new and existing processes; Perform DOE and establish new processing windows for plastic parts.Provide technical communication to other process technicians, operators, and other molding personnel.
