Key Responsibilities:
- As an Inside Sales Professional, you will play a key role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service.
- Generate new business leads and identify potential clients through phone calls, emails, and other outreach methods.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing outstanding customer service and tailored solutions.
- Present and promote products and services to existing and prospective customers.
- Work closely with our operations team to achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.
- Assist with processing orders, quotes, and customer service inquiries as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with clients.
Qualifications:
