Dance-N-Groove is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Dance Instructor to inspire and educate young dancers in a nurturing, non-competitive environment. We are looking for a team player who is eager to learn, loves working with children, and can teach multiple ages, levels, and styles.
Responsibilities:
- Teach engaging and age-appropriate dance classes in a variety of styles
- Create a positive and encouraging class environment
- Follow the studio’s curriculum while bringing creativity to lessons
- Adapt instruction to meet the needs of different skill levels
- Understand child development and apply best practices in teaching
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff
- Assist with studio events, performances, and other activities as needed
Qualifications:
- Energetic, positive, and willing to learn
- Experience teaching or working with children in a structured setting
- Ability to teach multiple styles and age groups preferred
- Strong understanding of child development and class management
- Reliable, professional, and a great team player
- Willingness to grow as an instructor and follow the studio’s teaching philosophy

Pay: $12.50 - $20.00 per hour
