Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Coordinator with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team in the dance industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on prospecting, lead generation, and sales support, while also being capable of multitasking and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role will require a goal-oriented individual who is ready to actively contribute to company milestones by assisting the Sales Director, supporting the sales funnel, and maintaining customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting & Lead Generation:
- Proactively generate new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other outreach methods.
- Utilize creative strategies to build a robust pipeline and drive new business opportunities within the dance industry.
- Qualify inbound leads and collaborate with the Sales Director to nurture them effectively.

Sales Research & Outreach:
- Conduct market research specific to the dance industry to identify emerging opportunities and key prospects.
- Assist in developing targeted outreach campaigns and sales content to engage potential clients and partners.
- Support in outreach efforts to industry professionals, potential customers, and dance-related businesses.

Sales Funnel Support:
- Manage and track leads through the sales funnel, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
- Work closely with the Sales Director to monitor sales progress and ensure alignment with team goals.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales interactions and activities within CRM system.

Event Participation & Networking:
- Attend industry events, conventions/competitions, and dance-related gatherings to network, generate leads, and promote company offerings.
- Assist in sales coordination, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and conducting post-event follow-ups.
- Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service, addressing client needs and concerns promptly to ensure a positive and lasting business relationship.

Collaboration & Multitasking:
- Work closely with the Sales Director and other departments to achieve company goals.
- Assist in executing sales strategies and contribute to team efforts to meet targets and milestones.
- Juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, managing competing tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- Goal-Oriented: Assist in setting and achieving key company milestones related to revenue generation, sales targets, and business growth.
Qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or related roles, with a preference for candidates with dance industry experience or knowledge.
- Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, and sales research.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or events is preferred, especially in industries that emphasize relationship-building and outreach.
- Strong ability to conduct cold calls, email outreach, and networking to generate and qualify leads.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Klavyio) and ability to manage sales data effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate with team members to achieve company goals.
- Passion for the dance industry and an understanding of its trends and key players is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the dance industry or events (e.g., dance studios, performances, events) is highly preferred.
- Background in event marketing or experience with sales at industry events.
