Dancing Ox Coffee Roasters, a Charlotte area small batch coffee roaster, is hiring part-time baristas also interested in sales and social media development!
Dancing Ox Coffee Roasters was founded in 2018 by two former professional ballroom champions who found great pleasure in trading the limelight for coffee beans.
We’re rapidly growing our retail locations and looking for coffee lovers wanting to be a part in shaping our brand.
Job Summary:
If you love creating espresso based drinks, making people’s day with a cup of coffee, growing with a young brand, and not working weekends…we’re waiting for you!
This is a part-time hourly position involving barista service in the Dilworth neighborhood of Charlotte Monday-Friday from 7am-12:30pm. Extra income can be made by commission through different avenues involving new partner accounts and retail sales.
$14 an hour plus tips. No major holidays! NO WEEKENDS!
Responsibilities:
Including but not limited to barista service, retails sales, shop set-up, shop clean-up, customer management and growth, social media postings, administrative support, and new wholesale partner acquirement.
Qualifications:
-Barista experience
-Customer Service and/or retail experience
-High school degree required
-Strong team-working player
-Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
-Self-motivating
-Detail oriented
-Punctual and reliable
-Positive outlook and attitude
-Passion for coffee
Monday-Friday 7am-12:30pm NO WEEKENDS :)
