Summary
A Project Manager will be involved in managing all phases of small to mid-sized construction projects, collaborating with Customers, Superintendents, Foreman, Project Assistants, Senior Project Managers, and Division Vice President.
The position requires driving the overall performance of the contract and ensuring all requirements are met.
Candidates should possess analytical skills, producing high-quality work, focusing on details based on established standards, guidelines, and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Manage resources, third-party vendors, and field teams.
- Address customer issues and concerns.
- Prepare and manage budget costs analysis.
- Prepare invoicing, timesheets, and reporting.
- Order materials from vendors.
- Track progress.
- Promote and ensure safety and environmental plans.
- Provide direction and leadership to the project team.
- Coordinate and attend project planning, pre-design, and design meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or similar.
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, BlueBeam, and Spectrum preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
- 2 years of related construction industry experience preferred.
- Demonstrates proficiency and experience managing large projects.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
