Job Description
Danfoss is seeking an enthusiastic Procurement Manager to join our diverse team, to lead all procurement related tasks at our Longmont site, which is part of our Danfoss Power Solutions EDITRON Division. In that role you'll be responsible for driving optimization of our strategic and operational procurement processes and managing effectively the interfaces to the business (Supply Chain, Operations, Product Engineering and R&D) as well as managing the supply base. You are the one point of contact for procurement matters for the business in a region / location with the accountability to manage, lead, and coordinate all aspects of procurement at the location(s), region(s) and suppliers assigned. As a people leader you'll develop a high performing team within the Danfoss culture.

Compensation Data
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
The range for this position is $115,000 to $140,000.
