Located in Plymouth, MN, we design and assemble controllers, joysticks, displays and more for off-highway vehicle applications. We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join our sites Operations Leadership Team. Through your leadership you will guide the Planning, Material Acquisition, Production, and Logistic teams to achieve operational performance metrics in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
You will be responsible for (but not limited to) :
Performance management of key performance indications (KPIs)
Driving continuous process improvements; discover opportunities and present recommendations to leader
Identifying key risks; build and execute a prioritized roadmap of mitigation and contingency plans
Fostering development of the supply chain functions by coaching and mentoring teams
To qualify for this opportunity, you must possess :
Bachelors degree in supply chain management, or relevant
At least 3 years of supply chain and / or production leadership
Electronics assembly experience is preferred
Proficient English language skills, both written and verbal
Be willing and able to travel (less than 15%), some international
