Team Lead - Split Shift (1:00 pm to 9:30 pm)

Job Description

• High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution is required
• Minimum one (1) year leadership experience
• Eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorship
  
  

Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities

• Lead shift start meetings and assign employees to appropriate work each day to address changing workloads
• Ensure safe work practices and reports safety incidents (near misses, incidents, recordables)
• Performs minor maintenance and troubleshooting
• Drive and consistently demonstrate 5S
• Operates equipment according to Safety and Quality guidelines with the expectation that the Team Leader will be fully trained and signed off at every operation within their area
• Provide technical assistance to operators as necessary
• Provide coaching and counseling to improve performance and support positive employee relations
  
  

Background & Skills
Position Criteria

• Repeatedly lifting up to 40 pounds
• Extensive walking, standing, bending, stooping
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Able to work effectively in a multi-tasking work environment and prioritize workload accordingly
• Must have the ability to interact positively with others within the department and across the organization
• Self-motivated and able to self-direct
• Ability to manage cultural change
