Customer Relationship Management (30% of time allocation):
Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely and effective responses.
Maintain ongoing communication to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales and Business Development (40% of time allocation):
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, with a focus on hydraulics, fluid power systems, and controls.
Generate quotes, process customer orders, and follow up on leads to convert them into direct sales.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Technical Expertise and Support (20% of time allocation):
Utilize technical knowledge of hydraulics, fluid power systems, and controls to assist customers in selecting appropriate solutions.
Address technical inquiries and troubleshoot product-related issues.
Provide insights and recommendations based on industry knowledge and trends, with a preference for experience in the forging industry.
Administrative and Reporting (10% of time allocation):
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and order details in the CRM system.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market conditions.
Assist with inventory management, shipping coordination, and other administrative tasks as needed.
