Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development of and support the company’s strategic plans
• Monitor the financial performance of the company
• Compile and analyze monthly financial reporting packages for three companies
• Prepare monthly and annual operating budgets
• Develop and manage financial controls in accordance with the company’s procedures
• Communicate financial metrics to senior management
• Manage both accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
• Prepare and process payroll for personnel
• Manage and reconcile inventory and purchases of materials

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance highly desired
• Accounting designation (CMA, CPA), or an equivalent combination of related experience and education
• Minimum 10 years accounting experience in a senior accounting or financial management role
• Experience in manufacturing industry
• Experience with piecework compensation
• Proficient QuickBooks Enterprise
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Impeccable analytical and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Ability to work closely with a senior management team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
