Call Center Representative

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and sales support. You will utilize your communication skills to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical terminology and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Answer calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
• Utilize medical terminology effectively to assist clients with healthcare-related questions.
• Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records through data entry and computer systems.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with customers.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Experience

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
• Familiarity with medical office procedures and terminology is highly desirable.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in data entry and using customer management software.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
