Key Responsibilities :
Prospect & Generate Leads : Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
Client Consultations : Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide tailored insurance solutions to meet business owners needs.
Sales Presentations : Present and explain policy features, benefits, and pricing to prospective clients.
Customer Service : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing ongoing support and policy reviews.
Compliance : Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies, industry standards, and state regulations.
Requirements
Education & Licensing :
High school diploma or equivalent (required); bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Valid insurance license (or willingness to obtain within 60 days)
Sales Experience :
Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in insurance, financial services, or a related industry
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience in prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation
Skills & Abilities :
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to explain complex insurance products clearly and persuasively
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to manage a sales pipeline and handle multiple client accounts

Technical Proficiency :
Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools
Familiarity with industry-specific platforms (preferred but not required)
