The Role
We’re looking for an ambitious, collaborative, and innovative Vice President to help lead our growing B2B Digital and Creator businesses. This role requires deep expertise in social and creator marketing within the business to business/ enterprise tech space. You’llbe part of a high-performing team, driving industry-leading social and creator campaigns with strategic excellence.
As a client partner, you’ll be hands-on—more than just setting approach, you’ll actively shape execution, problem-solve in real time, and step in where needed. You’ll serve as key client contact, providing strategic counsel, managing expectations and ensuring strong relationships that drive impactful work. You’ll also foster strong cross-agency connections, ensuring seamless execution and alignment on client objectives.
\n- Build and maintain high-level client relationships, balancing expectations and serving as a trusted partner and strategic advisor.
- Serve as a strong voice in executive client conversations, advocating for bold, insight-driven work.
- Oversee campaign execution across social, creator-led, and experiential activations, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Drive operational excellence, holding both client and internal teams accountable for priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Navigate complex stakeholder dynamics, ensuring streamlined communication, collaboration, and accountability.
- Proactively problem-solve and make sound decisions to keep projects on track, ensuring agility and adaptability in fast-moving situations.
- Foster a strong team culture by maintaining a positive, high-energy work environment while providing clear direction and structure.
- Manage end-to-end account financials, from scope alignment and planning to forecasting and identifying growth opportunities
- This role requires a decisive leader who thrives in a highly collaborative, multi-agency environment. The ideal candidate will bring strategic clarity and a strong voice to client interactions and internal discussions while maintaining a collaborative and solutions-oriented approach.
- Proven track record of executing at a high level under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Extensive experience operating in an integrated team /agency setting
- Deep experience in B2B communications, ideally with major tech companies.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to ask the right questions and drive impactful work.
- Strong operational and detail-oriented mindset to drive efficiency and seamless execution.
- Experience in creator marketing and experience managing creator-centric campaigns.
- Experience in experiential marketing, bringing campaigns to life through immersive activations.
- Strong knowledge of social media and digital campaign execution.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, balancing team accountability and collaboration

Salary : $95,000 - $165,000
