Overview
We are seeking a professional, friendly, Korean/English speaking Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming calls, while taking accurate messages when necessary.
- Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records and files.
- Assist with office management duties, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Provide administrative support to staff as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar office role is not required.
- Must be able to speak both English and Korean.
- Ability to maintain professionalism in all interactions with clients and team members.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
