Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for jewelry, strong sales skills, basic math proficiency, and fluency in Spanish. This individual should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the jewelry business and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Educate customers about our jewelry products and services
- Provide expert advice on jewelry selection and styling
- Assist customers with jewelry fittings and adjustments
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the jewelry business
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic math proficiency
- Fluent in Spanish
- Customer-focused approach
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
