Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Develop design concepts and present them through sketches, mood boards, and 3D renderings.
- Select materials, furnishings, color schemes, and decor that align with the client's vision.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any issues that arise during implementation.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation to track project milestones and budgets.
- Manage calendars for project timelines and client meetings effectively.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including clerical tasks related to project management.
Qualifications
- Interior Design Experience or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in interior design or a similar role is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in design software, MS Office and QuickBooks for budgeting purposes.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
- Attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality.
- Administrative skills including calendar management, clerical tasks, and front desk experience are advantageous.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
