About Us:
Stays By Danielle Liana (Danielle Liana, LLC) is a locally owned full service short term rental property management company located in Klamath Falls, Oregon. We started in 2019, renting an extra room on Airbnb and have evolved to managing 13 units. We take care of everything from departure cleans to guest communication, interior design and everything in between!
About you:
You are hardworking and take the initiative to get things done. You have a strict eye for detail and are a team player. You can adapt to change and like every day to be a little different. As a crucial part of our hospitality operation, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and presentation of our short-term rental properties. You will be a key player in ensuring our guests have a delightful, clean and comfortable experience during their stay.
Schedule:
§ The cleaning period is anywhere from 10 A.M- 4:00 P.M
§ Holidays
§ Weekends as needed
§ Weekdays as needed
§ Anywhere from 1-2 cleans per day depending on efficiency.
§ Up to 7 cleans per week.
Compensation:
· This is a 1099 Contractor role. The properties are smaller, 2 bedroom 1 bath homes 780-1000 square feet and several 3 bedroom 2-3 bath homes. Cleaners will be paid $50 per clean for smaller houses. $100 per clean for bigger houses.
· Payment upon completion of job.
Responsibilities:
§ Conduct thorough cleaning of rental properties between guest stays, paying strict attention to detail and maintaining a high level of cleanliness standards
§ Change bed linens, make beds, and replace to present a fresh and inviting atmosphere for incoming guests
§ Assist with laundry and fold linens as needed
§ Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting and sanitizing of all surfaces
§ Washing and putting away dishes as needed
§ Ensure that essential supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and kitchen items are adequately stocked
§ Communicate restocking needs to the supervisor
§ Report any shortages or equipment malfunctions promptly
§ Empty and remove trash from property
§ Put out garbage cans for trash pick up as needed
§ Collaborate with the cleaning team and communicate effectively with property management to coordinate tasks and address any concerns.
§ Provide feedback on property conditions to set up for guest reviews
§ Attend trainings as needed
§ Use various apps to complete task lists and respond to cleaning requests
Qualifications
§ No cleaning experience necessary
§ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
§ Strong ability to communicate
§ Must have a reliable vehicle and be able to travel up to 30 miles, when applicable.
§ Must be reliable and punctual
§ Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, twisting, reaching or standing for extended periods.
§ Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
§ Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate property turnover
§ Utilize technology to communicate with Management
Requirements:
- Must be eligible to work as an independent contractor (1099).
- Provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Must have a smartphone to access scheduling and property details.
- Ability to pass a background check.

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
