What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supply Chain Coordinator position at Daniels Health?
We are searching for a Supply Chain Coordinator, with years experience in planning, ordering and inventory management. In this role it's advantageous if you have worked in a medium to large organization and managed multiple suppliers/customers across different global locations.
- Assist in generating and managing product data in ERP system (Dynamics) for new and existing products
- Work with production team to plan production
- Ensuring incoming and outgoing orders are correct, accurate, planned and processed
- Complete customs documents for shipments globally
- Process inventory receipts in ERP system
- Co-ordinating with Suppliers, Freight Forwarders and Couriers
- Handling supplier queries and issues
- Liaising with both internal / external customers on availability of stock and deliveries
- Assisting Forecasting stock requirements for USA, Canada & UK
- Ideally 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Sound skills in purchasing and inventory planning
- Experience using ERP/MRP systems to manage products and inventory. Ideally Dynamics 365 or similar system
- Experience in logistics, planning and inventory management
- Knowledge of supplier and quality management practices
- Relevant Diploma or degree qualification
- Skilled with typical office tools, mainly Excel, outlook and word
- Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude to work
