Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Make regularly scheduled calls to customers and inquire about their Tire/Service needs.
- Sell new tires, retread tires, manage casings and work with Logistics and Dispatch Departments
- Canvass a given area for new business and set appointments.
- Develop and maintain new local accounts by making cold calls.
- Make presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Make calls on past due accounts for payment.
- Close all open sales orders by month end.
- Survey customer fleets and evaluate needs.
- Schedule delivery and pick up of tires for retreading when necessary
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid CA drivers license, in good standing.
- Minimum of Two years of experience in the Commercial Tire Sales industry or Minimum of Four years of experience in Outside Sales in general.
- Must be willing to go through the hire process which includes but isn't limited to a minimum of two interviews, online Integrity test, and background/drug/physical screenings.
