Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Keep projects running smoothly by providing administrative support to the team.
- Manage communication: answer calls, greet visitors, and coordinate construction meetings.
- Handle subcontractor contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and payment applications.
- Assist Project Managers with budget adjustments, change orders, and reporting.
- Maintain spreadsheets and project documentation for accuracy and accessibility.
- Ensure payroll time sheets are processed bi-weekly.
- Order office supplies for the project site.
- Adapt to changing project needs, providing hands-on support where needed.
- Take and distribute meeting minutes to keep everyone aligned as needed.
- Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients, vendors, and visitors.

Qualifications
