Req’mnts : Bachelor’s or foreign equiv in Chemistry or rel. field & 4 yrs of exp in job offered or rel. occupation : utilizing exp w / oxidation / antioxidant chemistry, incl Autoxidation Cycle & its influencing factors & testing methodologies; utilizing High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) to perform qualitative & quantitative analyses of natamycin, organic acids, sugars, & catechins; performing data processing involving peak identification, integration, & quantification using calibration curves; & managing chemical inventory using an inventory mgmt syst incl disposing of hazardous waste following regulations in coordination w / Environmental, Health, & Safety (EHS) leader.
