As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring that all products are accurately stocked and displayed. If you are passionate about cannabis and have a strong background in retail, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Responsibilities** - Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions about our products and making recommendations as needed. - Process customer transactions, including handling cash and operating a cash register. - Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service area. - Manage and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that products are properly stocked and rotated. - Utilize retail math skills to accurately count and manage cash, handle cash transactions, and make change as needed. - Provide exceptional customer service, including addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. - Upsell and promote products to customers, increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction. - Communicate effectively with colleagues, including providing feedback and guidance as needed. - Maintain a thorough understanding of all products, including their ingredients, effects, and recommended uses. - Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations, including those related to the sale and use of cannabis products. **Qualifications** - A minimum of 21 years of age to comply with federal regulations. - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Prior experience working in a retail environment, preferably in the cannabis industry. - Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers. - Basic math skills and the ability to accurately count and manage cash. - Ability to lift, bend, and move products as needed. - A clean and professional appearance and demeanor. - The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a desire to provide a positive shopping experience. - A thorough understanding of the cannabis industry and a passion for cannabis products.
