Danner's Inc., a respected leader in Maritime Transportation and Security is expanding our team in Pasadena, TX. We are seeking dedicated and experienced Security Solutions Sales Representatives to join our team. Ideal candidates are customer service oriented, courteous, works well under pressure and can complete tasks in a detailed and safe manner.

The Sales Representative will support the company in growing, maintaining and assisting the company’s clientele. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales presence and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. By managing leads, client visits, site visits and help our clients make the most of our services, the Sales Representative will report directly to the Director of Sales and work together to drive revenue for the company.

DUTIES:

  • Complete sales initiatives
  • Utilize all resources available to source potential leads
  • Follow up on existing sales leads by means of cold calling, gathering referrals, contacting local companies, and attending networking events.
  • Develop an understanding of job site surveys to determine the best solution for the prospective customers and assist with site details to complete the work.
  • Driven desire to exceed activity quotas.
  • Oversee site plan development, planning, and selecting subcontracting to meet installation needs based on forecasts and actual bookings.
  • Accompany the installation team to ensure site layout is understood by the team.
  • Follow-up on customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for planning, forecasting, monitoring and reporting all sales activity.

Requirements

Qualified candidates shall meet the following general & physical requirements:


General:

  • Must be age 24 or older to apply REQUIRED
  • Must possess a valid Texas driver's license
  • Must be able to proficiently speak, read & write English - Must be employment eligible based on background requirements to include criminal background check, clean MVR, health/drug screen
  • Strong phone communication skills when speaking to prospects and business professionals over the phone
  • 3-5 years of experience in Outside/Inside sales sourcing & managing leads in a high-volume sales environment preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of business to business (B2B) proven success preferred
  • Prior experience in the technology industry, ideally in B2B a plus
  • Experience with any network cabling, IP Cameras, Burglar, and Access Control installations and other integrated security systems a plus
  • Experience with CRM (HubSpot) is a plus
  • Strong typing skills (50 wpm)
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Highly Organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Desire to grow, learn and work in a team environment
  • Excellent sense of urgency
  • Must be able to pass a driving & background check


Physical:

  • Ability to walk on uneven ground for extended distances, bend, stoop, climb stairs, and lift 25 lbs.
  • Ability to travel to and meet clients
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
