Business, Property and Construction Attorney (Hybrid)
Mid-sized education law firm with statewide practice representing school and community college districts seeks an Associate for its Business, Property and Construction Law Practice Group. Candidates will be considered for the following DWK offices : Sacramento, East Bay, San Francisco, or San Diego.
Qualified candidates will possess transactional and / or litigation experience and must possess an interest to practice in both areas. Prior work on business, real property, and / or construction matters is preferred but not required. Essential skills for this position include :
- Demonstrated flexibility, initiative, and willingness to work on a broad variety of legal matters.
- Excellent judgment and ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
- Strong analytical, writing, research, and communication skills.
- Commitment to providing exceptional client service and maintaining client satisfaction.
- Prior public entity representation experience preferred.
- Admission to the CA State Bar.

The anticipated annual salary wage range the Firm reasonably expects to pay candidates for this position is $120,000 to $170,000. The final annual salary wage offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience in the job, type and years of experience in the industry, education, and other factors.
