Key Responsibilities:

Blueprint Reading and Job Layout: Proficiently read blueprints and create job layouts to guide the framing, drywall, and acoustical installation process.

Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of construction workers, ensuring they meet performance and quality standards.

Managing Employees on the Jobsite: Supervise and manage the daily activities of the commercial drywall crew, providing guidance, instruction, and support.

Material Coordination: Coordinate material needs, including ordering and managing inventory, to ensure a smooth workflow on the jobsite.

Effective Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with employees, management, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate a collaborative and productive work environment.

Quality Control: Ensure that framing, drywall, and acoustical installations meet high-quality standards, conducting inspections and making necessary adjustments when needed.

Scheduling: Develop and manage project schedules to ensure on-time completion of drywall projects.
