We are seeking a Desktop Support Lead in New York, NY(Onsite)

Key Responsibilities
- Desktop and Laptop Support for W10, W11 and M365
- Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Trading Applications such as:
- Bloomberg, Bloomberg add-ins for Office
- Use of Active Directory, setting users, add permissions, changing group policies, logon scripts.
- Configuration of local and network printers.
- Troubleshooting connectivity issues, Ethernet, wireless.
- Supporting users with all issues after upgrade.
- Keep inventory and asset management.
- Report to client project manager
- To maintain a high degree of customer interaction and service for all support queries.
