Description
Dantech Corporation has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Technical Recruiter to source, recruit, and interview candidates for internal and external projects. The Junior Technical Recruiter will be a member of our Staffing Team and source quality technical talent for our clients and internal projects. The Junior Technical Recruiter will grow a pool of talent from which to screen and to interview candidates by analyzing various sources. You must be driven, friendly, a highly effective communicator, and a tactful negotiator to sustain a qualified pool of talent.
The ideal candidate is a "people person", consummate salesperson, great listener, and highly motivated individual while being eager to learn more about IT and continuously improving strategies on how to source the right candidates. For this role, you should be able to work efficiently and be obsessed with high quality results that meet timeframes. You will be trained and tasked to create various plans, spreadsheets, status reports, and other documents as necessary.
Required Skills/Years of Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or 6 years of professional experience
- 3 years of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 2 years of word processing software (MS Word or Google Docs)
- 2 years of spreadsheet software (MS Excel or Google Sheets)
- 2 years of excellent phone and/or customer service skills
- 1 years of excellent time management
- 1 years of working within a team
- 1 years of using social sites to connect with people
