Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Assistance: Help customers pick out plants and garden supplies based on their needs, offering guidance on plant care and suitable options.
- Watering & Plant Care: Regularly water plants, check for pests, and ensure the health of all plants in the nursery.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the nursery area tidy and organized, ensuring all plants are properly displayed and attractive to customers.
- Stock Management: Assist with restocking, arranging plants, and ensuring displays are always fresh and appealing.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside other team members in a supportive and friendly atmosphere to achieve daily goals.
Qualifications:
- A passion for plants, gardening, and helping others!
- Customer service experience, preferably in a retail or nursery setting.
- Ability to lift plants and garden supplies.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
