The Oakland Nursery Dublin location is a growing location of Oakland Nursery. We are looking for a Nursery Associate/Plant Specialist.
Hourly rate can be negotiated and will be measured with experience.

Requirements/Job Description
If selected, you will be part of our team of associates that help us with taking care of the nursery section of the store.
Your main responsibilities will be watering/providing optimal plant care, answering phone calls and customer's plant questions, unloading plant product from incoming deliveries, loading plant product into customer's cars or prepping paid merchandise for delivery, moving plant product, and executing opening/closing duties.
Please note, this is a physically demanding job position as it requires standing for long periods of time, lifting/moving heavy product, and requires being outdoors.

We require:
-outdoor plant knowledge is required for this position
- possess a strong work ethic, able to stay focused on tasks, and take direction from management
-can be a team player and work well with others
-can work 4-6 days a week, at least one weekend day per week, some evenings
-are physically able to lift product/merchandise and work on your feet
-provide quality customer service
-are willing to learn about our product and speak knowledgeably about it
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
