Account Manager

DARCI Creative is a Total Brand Agency based in Portsmouth, NH. Our tight-knit team works to support businesses across the United States through integrated marketing strategies and execution. We are looking for an Account Manager who will work to support our clients and our staff day-to-day and help us continue to elevate the work we do. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, focused, driven, and passionate about creating and managing great marketing.  

Reports to the Director of Client Services. 

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee Agency work and Client deliverables to ensure that our work is supporting Client business and marketing objectives 
• Act as the point person and facilitator between Clients and Agency staff 
• Provide regular updates to Clients on deliverables, deadlines and projects 
• Oversee the work of internal staff to ensure deadlines are met and meet expectations 
• Jump in on marketing production as needed (website updates, email creation, etc) 
• Brainstorm ideas to help our Clients grow and succeed 
• Oversee and handle contract scope management 
• Lead the creation of monthly reports and present reports to Clients; must understand integrated marketing and Client business  
• Follow Agency Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as it pertains to Client management, internal communications, file storage, and more 
• Participate in new business opportunities, including research, proposal creation and pitching 
• Support DARCI’s marketing efforts through blogging, social media posts, and more  

Qualifications: 

• 2 years of Agency experience in an account management or project management role 
• 5 years working in marketing / communications 
• Great writing and communication skills 
• Solid understanding of digital and traditional marketing  
• Must be able to work independently

Details: 

• Full-time, 36.5 hours per week 
• Agency hours: 8:30am – 5pm Monday through Thursday, and 8:30am-1pm on Friday 
• 401k, 4% company match
