Job Overview
The Compensation Analyst provides analytical support and compensation consulting, reporting to the Manager, Compensation. The primary focus of this position is to provide broad-based compensation support. This role will act as a compensation consultant for HR leaders, provide management with analysis and reports, and analyze and review compensation information to make compensation recommendations for employees. In addition, this position will interact with all levels of People Leaders and HR Leaders to make recommendations and resolve compensation related questions and issues.
Must be able to prioritize and operate in a dynamic environment with competing deadlines. Strict confidentiality, a high-level of accuracy, and the ability to plan/lead projects are required. The successful candidate will have the ability to develop strong partnerships in order to identify and solve compensation-related issues.

Roles And Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate relevant data to make pay recommendations for new hires, promotions, and other pay adjustments.
- Conduct job analysis and market studies for positions throughout the organization. Provide recommendation on salary grade placement and FLSA exemption classification.
- Facilitate the annual compensation review process. Provide reporting and insights to leadership throughout process.
- Participate in surveys of total rewards practices, compiling the required compensation, benefits, and perquisites data.
- Audit employee record changes and resolve issues as necessary.
- Assist in the development, analysis, implementation, and evaluation of new Total Rewards programs.
- Administer various Total Rewards programs.
- Provide guidance to management on compensation programs.
- Conduct data analysis for ad hoc compensation requests
- Lead and/or provide support for projects.
- Ensure programs and practices are in compliance with all organizational policies, as well as state and federal regulations.
- Minimum of two years of experience in Compensation, Human Resources, or other analytical role
- Highly proficient with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance or related field.
- Strong problem solving, organizational, and planning skills with excellent results orientation.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Strong analytical ability and detail orientation.
- Ability to work accurately with detailed information.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- A team player who can interact with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to meet commitments on multiple priorities in a fast paced, dynamic environment while using sound judgment to make accurate, efficient decisions.
