JOB OVERVIEW:
The Culinary Systems Specialist is responsible for planning and executing systems projects to support Brand Marketing, Culinary, Finance, and Operations initiatives. This individual is responsible for accurate and timely setup of products, batches, recipes, par/pull, KDS & pricing in the Menu System. They are also responsible for setup and enrichment of data in the DASH Enterprise, Trabon, RWA (menu events) and Digital Platform (online ordering). This person is expected to respond to brand and restaurant inquiries and be able to troubleshoot problems and recommend viable solutions.

Process Excellence
-Maintain and ensure accuracy of all culinary systems including menu system, par/pull, DASH (pos), KDS (meal pacing), Trabon (wine & beer database) and Digital Platform (online ordering).
-Create menu events using RWA admin tool to support restaurants in transitioning from promo, test, core menu to another
-Prepare costs comparison with insights into variances
-Partners with cross-functional teams to test new system initiatives and troubleshoot current issues
-Ensure new restaurants are setup in all systems
-Provide month-end AvsT support to brand finance teams and restaurants
-Research and resolve restaurant invoice questions & theoretical inquiries; process corrections as needed
-Process receipt and inventory adjustments
-Perform maintenance to support on-line ordering
-Take on special projects as required
-Develop strong knowledge of all department systems
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:
-1-2 years of restaurant, accounting and/or inventory management experience
-Strong systems knowledge, including databases and web
-Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
-Strong prioritization skills
-Strong Microsoft Office knowledge (all applications); proficient in Excel
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
-Undergraduate degree in MIS, computer science, accounting, finance, business or a related field preferred or comparable work experience
OTHER KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
-Strong communication (both verbal and written)
-Ability to meet strict deadlines and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
-Ability to work well with others and promote a positive team-oriented work environment
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
-Prior Darden restaurant experience a plus
Salary : $35,400 - $44,800
