Build Relationships: You’ll cultivate strong, lasting relationships with program partners by visiting sites weekly to provide support, conduct monitoring, and train new partners. Engaging directly with children and site staff, you’ll gather feedback on food quality, selection, and satisfaction to ensure our programs meet their needs effectively.
As you build and maintain relationships, you’ll embody our core values:
· Respect: Upholding the dignity of every person through kindness, active listening, and thoughtful interactions. You’ll acknowledge contributions, steward resources responsibly, and foster positive relationships.
