  • Articulate a clear vision for the company’s future, integrating both traditional executive duties and a focused value creation agenda.
  • Value Creation Execution:
  • Lead and implement a robust value creation plan, leveraging our strengths—such as advanced digital technologies (3D printing, digital scanning, CAD/CAM systems)—to enhance operational performance and profitability.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for operational improvement, cost efficiency, and revenue growth.
  • Operational Oversight:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional quality control, efficient production processes, and strict adherence to industry standards.
  • Maintain operational excellence across manufacturing, customer service, and quality assurance functions.
  • Financial Management:

  • Develop financial strategies that balance cost control with investment in technology and operational enhancements.
  • Business Development & Market Expansion:
  • Expand the customer base by cultivating relationships with both solo dental practices and larger dental service organizations (DSOs).
  • Develop and execute new business initiatives to increase market share and strengthen the company’s competitive position.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Serve as the primary spokesperson for the company, fostering strong relationships with employees, customers, suppliers, and the board.
  • Manage communications during the acquisition and post-transition phases to ensure a seamless integration process.
  • Organizational Leadership:
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing executive team.
  • Cultivate a company culture that encourages innovation, accountability, and excellence in service delivery.
  • Compliance & Regulatory Oversight:
  • Ensure that the organization complies with all applicable regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Acquisition Transition Management:
  • Collaborate closely with current ownership during the transitional phase following the acquisition to ensure continuity and stability.
  • Lead initiatives that align the organization with its post-acquisition strategic goals.
