We are more of a restaurant with a small bar rather than restaurant that also has a thriving bar scene. With that being said, we prefer to have all servers learn bar so it is fair for all employees. Willing to train on bar, but serving experience is a must being that our staff is small and there is no need to staff many servers on most shifts. On busier/weekend shifts, there is an assigned bartender who is the manager. Fri-Sun there is also a busser to assist with hosting, bussing tables, and food running. For shifts that do not require a designated bartender, you will either make your own drinks or have the employee you are on shift with make them for you, as well as bus your own tables.
