Bartender/Server

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and energetic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while ensuring the highest standards of food and beverage service.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and making recommendations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the Aloha POS system.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist with ordering when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies.
• Assist in setting up for special events or banquets, including preparing drinks for large groups.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items ordered from the bar.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a nightclub or similar fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests effectively.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
• Familiarity with brewing techniques is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Experience with sales techniques to promote drink specials or upsell menu items is advantageous.
• Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcoholic beverages.
