We are seeking reliable and hardworking Lumpers to assist with loading and unloading containers in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, detail-oriented, and capable of handling heavy lifting while maintaining efficiency and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload goods from containers, trailers, and trucks efficiently.
- Sort, stack, and organize merchandise according to warehouse procedures.
- Inspect shipments for damages and report any discrepancies.
- Use pallet jacks, dollies, and other equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety guidelines to prevent workplace injuries.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in warehouse or manual labor roles preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs or more) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in varying conditions, including hot or cold environments.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Schedule & Compensation:
