Position Summary
DarkStar Intelligence, LLC, is actively seeking a Psychometrician to support a government client in Washington, D.C. Our candidate will work alongside ADI leadership to provide consultation on adult learning related to the agency's eLearning and Web-Based Training initiatives. Qualified candidates must hold an active TS/SCI clearance and CI Polygraph.

FLSA Status: Full-Time
Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with a CI Poly
Citizenship: Applicants must be U.S. Citizens.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct skills analysis and training need analysis to ensure consistent processes and technologies are implemented and followed to maximize the learning experience with a focus on delivery of training curriculum to meet student development.
- Training evaluations will be conducted via a recognized training evaluation process.
- Monitor training content and ensure delivery activities are being executed in a way that meets or exceeds established curriculum standards.
- Shall be skilled in the development of data gathering, trend analysis, and student assessment techniques, provide reports to Course leadership, recommend improvements, and provide detailed metrics for student performance.
- Assist instructors in creating student assessments that validate the accomplishment of student learning objectives.
- Keep abreast of state-of-the-art educational technology and evaluation and assessment development tools.
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Counterintelligence Polygraph (Preferred)
- Master’s Degree and seven years’ experience (or Ph.D. and five years’ experience)
- Minimum one year of dedicated experience working with psychometric data and testing
- Experience working with Instructional System Design software and deliverables
- Knowledgeable in DoD terminology
- Knowledge of HUMINT operations is preferred
$140,000 - $157,000
This pay range is a general guideline and not a guarantee of specific compensation or salary. When extending an offer, DarkStar Intelligence considers various factors, including (but not limited to) the job's responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, market data alignment, applicable bargaining agreements (if any), and other relevant laws.
