Noblis is seeking a Psychometrician to join our survey and assessment’s team on our growing Learning & Development (LD) contract in Springfield, VA.
The successful candidate must have an ACTIVE Top Secret clearance and be eligible to obtain SCI CI Polygraph and will be responsible for supporting a team that handles all survey collection and analysis for the client. The candidate will work independently but also collaborate with team members and the client to ideate on new and improved solutions for the team. Noblis is seeking a creative thinker who is detail oriented and thinks outside of the box.
Responsibilities
- Support the creation of evaluations and surveys to measure student feedback.
- Communicate and work closely with senior managers to plan, organize, and manage the survey “life cycle.”
- Experience in presenting to executive leadership.
- Assist with analyzing assessments and surveys
- Ability to conduct focus groups to collect qualitative information.
- Disseminate surveys and evaluations to gather feedback.
- Collect, compile, and analyze student training data and prepare reports for client.
- Statistical and analytical skills are needed. Familiarity with SPSS, R, or SAS is a bonus.
- Active Top-Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI and CI polygraph.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferable in Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Analytics).
- 5 or more years of experience in consulting.
- Excellent facilitation skills that engage participants.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Manage complex relationships with stakeholders in an environment with short deadlines and high business impact.
- Equally successful working on a team or independently with minimal direction.\
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Able to work on-site in Springfield, VA.
- TS/SCI with CI polygraph.
- Master’s degree in Statistics or Mathematics.
- Experience with Tableau data visualization software.
- Professional experience in higher education or an adult learning environment.
