At Darktrace, the global events team is a strategic organization that drives brand awareness, storytelling, promotion, and networking that results in pipeline and closed won deals. The team are brand evangelists and build relationships inside and outside the company, and partner closely with external agencies, event organizations, marketing, solutions, sales, and channel to ensure strong alignment and world-class execution.
What You Will Do to Drive Impact
- Develop and manage event marketing plans, project timelines, and manage stakeholder workstreams to deliver outstanding results at major industry and Darktrace-led large-scale events.
- Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with agencies, event organizations, and key Darktrace leaders and stakeholders to share insights, set market priorities, and communicate quarterly plans and performance.
- Lead cross-functional workstreams and manage plans, timelines, deliverables, and critical decisions while inspiring and sharing value.
- Be part of the evolution : bring innovative ideas to elevate and automate Darktrace events and technology solutions that improve the participant experience live and virtually including registration, meeting schedules, satisfaction surveys, mobile app, and more.
- Research and analyze critical data to target new logos, existing customers, and advance the overall effectiveness of events.
- Demonstrate fiscal responsibility for forecast and budget management with 100% accuracy.
- Operational excellence in driving performance, operational information, and communications at every stage of the event cycle.
