What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Project Manager: Alliance Events & Campaigns position at Liaison Creative + Marketing?
Manage pre/post event logistics for a world leader in business consulting with alliance partners
- Coordinate event logistics and content (incl. sponsorship, internal and external comms, session content development with SMEs, onsite experience design)
- Plan, execute, and support integrated marketing campaign tactics across a mix of marketing efforts
- Manage assets/content related to website pages
- Manage development of thought leadership and case studies
- Develop collateral materials and presentations leveraging existing content and working with internal teams
- Email marketing support for nurture and event-related campaigns
- Develop client-services relationships across internal client leaders and alliance partners
- REQUIRED: Experience with in-person/virtual events and managing related logistics
- 4-6 years of marketing experience at the Project Manager or Program Manager level
- Experience working in a large corporate marketing environment is required; Fortune 1000, tech, software, and/or alliances are strongly preferred
- Experience managing multiple projects, developing schedules, effectively communicating status updates, and keeping projects and documents organized
- Skilled at collaborating and building relationships with high-level marketers partnering on high-quality marketing deliverables
- Ability to quickly ramp up on the details of hands-on delivery of webinars, seminars, sales conferences, and vendor conferences
