DARLING'S CHRYLSER DODGE RAM HYUNDAI in Augusta is looking for an individual with strong communication skills to serve as the Business Development Center (BDC) representative in our dealership sales department.

RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:
- Working within our lead management system to analyze, answer and log all inbound lead promptly (within 10 minutes)
- Contact customers by phone and email to schedule appointments
- Follow up with sales about scheduled appointments to determine the outcome
- Solid knowledge of the internet and social media
- Customer service and/or marketing background a plus!
