Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media.
- Follow up on inbound leads promptly and professionally.
- Understand customer needs and articulate how our products/services address those needs.
- Create and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in online product demonstrations and sales presentations.
- Maintain knowledge of our products, competitors, and industry trends.
- 2 years of inside sales experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with equivalent experience.
- Fluency in English and Spanish required.
